Kabuli palaw or Qabeli pulao is a variety of pilaf made in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. It consists of steamed rice mixed with raisins, carrots, and beef or lamb. There exist different variations depending on the region.

Ingredients and Recipe of Kabuli pilaf || Uzbek pilaf Recipe:
Oil 1/3 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Raisins 1 cup
Fry for 3 mins
Onion 1 sliced
Fry until golden
Mutton 1 kg
Change the side after getting brown
Tomato puree 1 cup (4 tomatoes)
Cover up-to 5 mins
Garam Masala 1 Ts
Salt to taste or 2 tsp
Add 5 cup water for 2 cups of rice
Cover and cook on medium low flame for 50 mins
Soaked rice 2 cup
Cover up-to 5 mins on medium low flame
Add fried carrot and raisins
Cover and cook on low flame up-to 25 mins
